Guidelines

  1. Login to Saral Seva Portal.
  2. Select SC / ST / OBC / MOBC category.
  3. Enter your personal, community & family lineage details.
  4. Upload ID proof, address proof and caste/community proof.
  5. Submit any old caste certificate (if available).
  6. Complete payment using UPI or NetBanking.
  7. Saral Seva verifies your documents.
  8. Application forwarded to the Revenue Authority.
  9. Download your Caste Certificate once approved.

Caste verification is based on community record, NRC data, family history & Revenue Department validation.

Voter ID / NRC Extract / Family Tree
Community/Caste Proof (if available)
Old Caste Certificate (optional)
Photo of Applicant
Address Proof (Any valid document)

3. Upload all required documents
4. Pay online service fee
5. Saral Seva verifies the documents
6. Application submitted to Revenue Department
7. Approved certificate issued digitally
