Saral Seva Assam is a privately-operated digital facilitation platform that assists users in preparing and submitting online applications for various Assam government certificates and documents.

Saral Seva is NOT a government website. We are not the approving authority for any certificate. Final approval is always done by the respective government department.

2. Use of Service

Users must ensure that all information, personal details, and documents submitted through our portal are truthful, complete, and valid. Incorrect or falsified documents may lead to rejection by the government authority.

Saral Seva reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet eligibility or document requirements.

3. Services & Fees

We provide online assistance for:

• Birth & Death Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC / MOBC)
• PRC & NCL (Non Creamy Layer)
• Jamabandi / Land Records
• Senior Citizen Certificate
• Marriage Certificate Support
• Trade Licence Assistance

Service fees cover documentation assistance, form-filling, portal submission & tracking support. Government fees (if any) are separate.

4. Document Responsibility

All uploaded documents MUST be original, readable and legally valid. The user is solely responsible for accuracy of the documents submitted.

Saral Seva does not alter, edit, or manipulate any document for any purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Saral Seva is a support provider and does not guarantee approval of any certificate or application.

Rejection, delay or verification issues by government authorities are not under our control.
