  3. Enter details of the deceased person carefully.
  4. Upload mandatory documents as listed below.
  5. Pay online service fee via UPI/NetBanking.
  6. Receive SMS & Email confirmation.
  7. Verification and application filing by Saral Seva team.
  8. Certificate issued by Registrar of Births & Deaths.
  9. Download the certificate from My Applications.

Who Can Apply: Family member, guardian, or authorized person.

Aadhaar Card of Applicant
Aadhaar / Identity of Deceased
Address Proof
Photograph of Deceased (optional)
