Guidelines

  1. Login to Saral Seva Portal.
  2. Select “Fire Permission for Puja / Festival”.
  3. Enter Puja Committee and Mandap Setup details.
  4. Upload layout plan, structure details, and NOC documents.
  5. Pay online securely through UPI/NetBanking.
  6. Saral Seva prepares your case file.
  7. Application forwarded to Fire & Emergency Services.
  8. Fire Officer may inspect the location (if required).
  9. Permission/NOC issued after approval.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Puja Committees, Mandir Management, Cultural Organizations, Village Committees.

Purpose: Fire safety clearance for temporary structures, mandaps, stage setups.

Event Layout Plan / Mandap Layout
Structural Details (Bamboo/Iron/Pandal Material)
Permission Letter / NOC from Land Owner
Venue Address Proof

1. Register/Login on Saral Seva
2. Fill Puja/Event structure details
3. Upload required documents
4. Pay service fee online
5. File submitted to Fire Services Department
6. Field inspection by Fire Officer
7. Approval & issuance of Fire NOC
8. Download NOC from Saral Seva dashboard
