  1. Register/Login on Saral Seva portal.
  2. Select Khajana (Land Revenue) Payment Receipt service.
  3. Enter land details – Dag No., Patta No., Area, Mouza, Revenue Village.
  4. Upload Jamabandi/Patta copy for land ownership verification.
  5. Pay Khajana fee + service fee online via UPI/Netbanking.
  6. Receive SMS/Email confirmation instantly.
  7. Saral Seva processes payment on the official Assam Land Revenue portal.
  8. Land Revenue (Khazana) Receipt generated and uploaded to your profile.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Any legal landowner having valid Dag/Patta documents.

Department: Revenue & Disaster Management, Government of Assam.

Usage: Land mutation, land transfer, registration, sale deed, NOC, bank loan, property verification.

6. Revenue Department generates official receipt
7. Download receipt from My Applications
