Enter land details – Dag No., Patta No., Area, Mouza, Revenue Village.
Upload Jamabandi/Patta copy for land ownership verification.
Pay Khajana fee + service fee online via UPI/Netbanking.
Receive SMS/Email confirmation instantly.
Saral Seva processes payment on the official Assam Land Revenue portal.
Land Revenue (Khazana) Receipt generated and uploaded to your profile.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Any legal landowner having valid Dag/Patta documents.

Department: Revenue & Disaster Management, Government of Assam.

Usage: Land mutation, land transfer, registration, sale deed, NOC, bank loan, property verification.
