Guidelines

  1. Register/Login on Saral Seva portal.
  2. Select Land Separation (Bifurcation) service.
  3. Fill applicant and land details (Dag No., Patta No., Area, etc.).
  4. Upload required land ownership documents.
  5. Pay online service fee using UPI/NetBanking.
  6. Get SMS/Email acknowledgment immediately.
  7. Verification done by Saral Seva team.
  8. Application forwarded to Revenue Department.
  9. Certificate can be downloaded after approval.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Legal landowners with valid land documents.

Department: Revenue & Disaster Management, Assam.

Purpose: Land division within family, inheritance, settlement, etc.

Documents Required

Aadhaar Card
Land Patta / Jamabandi Copy
Khajana Receipt
NOC from Co-owners (if needed)
Family Tree / Inheritance Proof

6. Application submitted to Revenue Office
7. Field verification (if required)
8. Certificate issued
