Pay service fee online via UPI/NetBanking.
Verification by Saral Seva team.
Application submitted to Revenue Department.
Approval by Circle Officer/Deputy Commissioner.
Download certificate from Saral Seva dashboard.

Category: OBC candidates only.

Income Limit: Annual family income must be below the creamy layer threshold.
