Guidelines

  1. Register/Login to Saral Seva portal.
  2. Select New PAN or PAN Correction service.
  3. Enter applicant personal & address details correctly.
  4. Upload Aadhaar and other supporting documents.
  5. Pay service fee securely using UPI/NetBanking.
  6. Receive SMS/Email acknowledgment.
  7. Saral Seva submits PAN request on NSDL/UTI portal.
  8. Download e-PAN once approved by Income Tax Department.

Eligibility

Minimum Age: No age limit for obtaining a PAN card.

Required For: Bank account, salary job, tax filing, property purchase, business registration, govt verification.

Department: Income Tax Department (Processed via NSDL / UTI)

Aadhaar Card (Mandatory)
Birth Certificate / School Certificate (for DOB Correction)
Address Proof (Electricity Bill, Passport, Bank Passbook)
Passport Size Photo

Process Flow

1. Register / Login on Saral Seva
2. Fill New PAN / Correction Form
3. Upload Aadhaar and necessary proofs
4. Pay service fee online
5. Saral Seva verifies and submits to NSDL/UTI
6. PAN processed by Income Tax Department
7. Download e-PAN or receive physical PAN (if selected)
