  2. Select “Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)”.
  3. Fill applicant and family residence details carefully.
  4. Upload mandatory identity & address documents.
  5. Upload land records or ancestral proof if available.
  6. Pay online service fee through UPI/Netbanking.
  7. Documents verified by Saral Seva team.
  8. Application submitted to Deputy Commissioner Office.
  9. PRC issued online after verification.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Anyone who is a permanent resident of Assam.

Authority: Deputy Commissioner / Circle Officer

Purpose: Jobs, admission, caste certificate, scholarship, legal proof of residence.

Documents Required

Aadhaar Card
Voter ID / NRC / PRC of Parent
Land Document / Jamabandi Copy (if available)
Birth Certificate
School Certificate / ID
Address Proof

6. Submission to DC Office
7. Verification by Authority
