Guidelines

  1. Login to Saral Seva portal.
  2. Select "Police Verification – Business / Job Purpose".
  3. Enter applicant details including employment/business purpose.
  4. Upload identity, address proof & employer letter (if required).
  5. Pay the online service fee.
  6. Verification & file preparation by Saral Seva team.
  7. Application forwarded to local Police Station.
  8. Field verification by Police if required.
  9. Certificate issued and available for download.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Job seekers, employees, business owners, contractors, shop owners.

Purpose: Job joining, HR background check, business license, tender/contract work.

Aadhaar Card
Voter ID / PAN Card
Address Proof (Electricity Bill / Rental Agreement)
Passport Size Photo
Employment Letter / Business Proof (if applicable)

4. Pay service fee online
5. File forwarded to Police Department
6. Police verification (home/business)
