  3. Enter personal and family lineage details.
  4. Upload documents including identity & address proof.
  5. Pay online fee via UPI/NetBanking.
  6. Saral Seva team verifies your application.
  7. Application forwarded to competent authority.
  8. Certificate issued after approval.
  9. Download certificate from My Applications section.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Persons belonging to Gorkha/Nepali community residing in Assam.

Department: Deputy Commissioner Office / Revenue Department

Purpose: Identity verification, community recognition, scheme eligibility.

Documents Required

Aadhaar Card
Voter ID
Address Proof (Electricity Bill / NRC / PRC)
Caste/Community Proof of Parents (if available)
Passport Size Photo

2. Fill personal & family ancestry details
3. Upload required documents
4. Pay service fee online
5. Verification by Saral Seva team
6. Application forwarded to Revenue Department
7. Approval by issuing authority
8. Certificate uploaded to user dashboard
