  1. Register/Login on Saral Seva portal.
  2. Select “Income Certificate (Assam) – Apply Online”.
  3. Enter applicant and family details including annual family income.
  4. Upload Aadhaar, address proof and income proof documents.
  5. Pay service fee online using UPI / NetBanking / Debit Card.
  6. You will receive SMS/Email confirmation and Application ID.
  7. Saral Seva verifies documents and assists submission on the official portal.
  8. Download the Income Certificate from your My Applications section after approval.

Who Can Apply: Any resident of Assam requiring official income proof for scholarships, admissions, welfare schemes, or verification.

Department: Revenue Department / Deputy Commissioner Office.
