Guidelines

  1. Register on Saral Seva or login if you already have an account.
  2. Select the LTFA (Land Transfer / Ancestral Land Certificate) service.
  3. Fill landowner information and property details carefully.
  4. Upload required land documents and identity proofs.
  5. Pay service fee online via UPI or NetBanking.
  6. Receive SMS/Email acknowledgment instantly.
  7. Saral Seva team will verify your details.
  8. Application will be submitted to Revenue Department authority.
  9. Certificate can be downloaded once approved.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Landowners with valid land documents.

Department: Revenue & Disaster Management, Assam.

Purpose: Land transfer, inheritance, mutation, registration.

Documents Required

Aadhaar Card
Voter ID
Land Patta / Land Document
Khajana Receipt
NOC / Family Tree (if applicable)

1. Register on Saral Seva portal
2. Login with your credentials
3. Fill land & applicant details
4. Upload land documents
5. Pay online fee
6. Saral Seva verification
7. Submission to Revenue Department
8. Certificate available for download
