Guidelines

  1. Login to Saral Seva Portal.
  2. Select "Police Verification – Puja / Event" service.
  3. Enter committee and event details (date, venue, area).
  4. Upload mandatory documents including ID & venue NOC.
  5. Pay online using UPI/NetBanking.
  6. Saral Seva team completes file preparation.
  7. Application forwarded to local Police Station.
  8. Verification by local authority (if required).
  9. NOC / Permission issued after approval.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply: Puja Committees, Mandir Management, Village Committees, Cultural Groups.

Purpose: Event permission, crowd management approval, safety clearance.

Department: Local Police Station / District Police Office

Venue Address Proof
NOC from Land Owner
Committee Member List
Event Details (Date / Time / Purpose)

3. Upload documents
4. Pay service fee online
5. File prepared & forwarded to Police Dept
6. Physical verification (if required)
7. NOC / Permission approved
8. Download from Saral Seva dashboard
