1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SaralSeva ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Nature of Service

SaralSeva is a private documentation assistance platform that helps citizens prepare and submit applications for various government services in Assam, India.

• We do not issue any government certificates. All certificates are issued solely by the respective government departments.
• We are not affiliated with any government department or authority.
• Our role is strictly limited to providing application guidance, documentation assistance, and form preparation to help citizens navigate government processes.
• We help you prepare, review, and submit applications for government certificates and legal documents. Approval or rejection of any application is at the sole discretion of the respective government authority.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all applications.
• You are responsible for ensuring all uploaded documents are genuine and valid.
• You must not use the Service for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Service Fees & Payment

• Our service fees are for documentation assistance and application preparation only and are clearly displayed before you initiate any application.
• All payments are digital only — UPI and online transfer. No cash accepted.
• Government fees (if any) are separate and payable directly to the respective department.
• Service fees are non-refundable once document preparation has commenced, except in cases outlined in our refund policy.
• Our fees do not include or guarantee the issuance of any government certificate or document.

5. Processing & Timelines

Processing times are estimates and depend on the respective government department's response. While we make every effort to expedite your application, SaralSeva cannot guarantee specific completion dates. Real-time status updates are provided via WhatsApp.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

SaralSeva provides documentation assistance only. We explicitly state the following:

• We do not issue, approve, or grant any government certificates or documents. All government certificates are issued solely by the respective government departments.
• We cannot guarantee approval of any application by any government department. Approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
• Our guarantee covers accurate preparation of applications and proper submission only.
• SaralSeva is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any government authority at the central, state, or local level.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software on SaralSeva's platform are the intellectual property of SaralSeva and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SaralSeva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service, delays caused by government departments, or any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent documents, or engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of SaralSeva shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
